Info Sessions for Current Student Course Registration – March 14 - 21

Course registration for the 2022-23 academic year will begin for current students on Friday, March 25. In advance of this, Academic Advising will be holding information sessions for each student group from March 14-21. Students are invited to attend one of these virtual sessions via Microsoft Teams to answer common questions on:

  • major/minor/honours requirements
  • declaring a major
  • course distribution requirements (A/B/C/D groupings)
  • how to prepare for graduate/professional programs

Please bring any questions as you will have the opportunity to submit these in the chat and have our Academic Advisors answer them live.

Course Delivery for 2022-23 Academic Year

Students should plan for courses to be delivered in person for the 2022-23 academic year. There may be a select number of courses offered remotely. These will be limited, and students should not expect to plan for a fully remote/online course load for the 2022-23 academic year.

How to Attend an Information Session

For your convenience, the appropriate session—based on your current credit hours earned—has been added into your Microsoft Teams calendar. This way, you can easily join the session on the day it is taking place. During the session, your camera and microphone will be automatically turned off, so that you can enjoy hearing from the presenters. Each session will be recorded and available to view at any time. The link will be made available to all students after the presentation.

Session Schedule

Third year going into fourth year (or 84+ potential credit hours)

Second year going into third year (or 48-81 potential credit hours)

First year going into second year (or less than 48 potential credit hours)

Note that potential credit hour is defined as the potential total of your credit hours earned at the end of this academic term (April 2022).
